Every website design begins with a discovery process in which we will gather information about your company, your vision and what you would like to achieve with your website.  As part of that process we will send you a questionnaire with a few questions to answer in helping us put together the best marketing strategy for your business.

Using the information you provided during our discovery and on-boarding process, our team will work to create a custom design just for you!  We will go over your branding, logo design, (if needed), color schemes,  typography along with a full-page initial concept of the home page for your review and input. We want to hear what you think and have your feedback and input during this entire process.

Once you’ve signed off on your initial design concept, it’s time to build! We will take your vision and turn it into a working website. Once completed, we’ll provide you with a private URL for previewing and testing your new design. This will give you the opportunity to test it on all your devices, making sure that all links and buttons work as they should, and make sure all images are approved and licensed, as well as the content layout.

We do not deem a website complete until every single page has content. Content for your website should be provided you, our client, so that visitors to your site will have all of their questions they need answered about your company.  If needed, we do offer content creation for an additional service, if needed.  Content is crucial to every website, and we will take your content and lay it out on each page so that it looks great and is easy to read!

So now it is launch time! This means that you have tested, approved, and are ready to publish your site for the world to see! We offer free basic hosting for websites we build for our customers!  This includes all the technical work on the backend like setting up the framework on our webserver, publishing and making any final adjustments.  We will also manage all security updates for the site, although you are not obligated to use our hosting.  

Once your website is launched, we will then schedule a training session so we can walk you through how to manage your website as well as answer all your questions. We will discuss support options with you going forward. Your site will need regular maintenance in order to thrive.  We do offer managed hosting options that will include things like content change/management, site backup and restore services, malware protection and other security measures needed to keep your site up and running smooth!
